To respec and change your class in Baldur’s Gate 3, you need to meet with Withers, the undead skeletal figure in the Dank Crypt. The location can be visited early on during the game’s first act. Once your character wakes up on the beach, you’ll find a large set of double doors next to the Overgrown Ruins waypoint. You can either lockpick that, or head to the top of the cliffs to reach the alternate entrance (but watch out for the bandits).
Once inside, beware of traps and more enemies. Then, once you’ve discovered the ornate sarcophagus, open it to make Withers appear. He’ll ask you a question…
